About the Artist
Kevin Hale began his artistic career in 2003, hand-etching original drawings onto black granite memorials. With increasing demand for his artwork, in 2007 Kevin began scanning his entire collection into a laser-ready digital format while continuing to produce new drawings.
Over time, Kevin has expanded his work beyond family memorials to include larger scale community, heritage, and military memorials. Here are a few of the sites where you can find examples of his etchings and original memorial designs:
Farmington, Missouri – Infant Memorial Garden in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery
New Franklin, Missouri – At the beginning of the Santa Fe Trail
Perryville, Missouri – Missouri’s National Veterans Memorial
All of Kevin’s artwork is personal, reflecting his own experiences of grief and loss, the healing power of nature, faith and family, and the importance of memories. Whatever the size or scale, Kevin’s art is etched into materials built to last for generations to come.
